        The infrared voice intelligent assistant based on Tuya Smart VWXR2-ES module has the functions of infrared learning and voice control of home appliances. Tuya IoT voice module VWXR2-ES is an IoT application WI-FI module equipped with voice wake-up & noise reduction algorithm developed based on XR872AT. It supports WLAN 802.11b/g/n+ARM Cotex-M4F and has built-in 416KB SRAM and 4MB PSRAM. Matching Tuya cloud voice skills + IoT platform, it can realize the voice portal empowerment of IoT products and well support low-cost online voice control terminal products. Support for external power amplifiers can better meet the needs of high-power operational amplifiers in some entertainment application scenarios.

With Tuya Smart's zero-code development, you can enjoy the voice smart assistant even if you don't know how to write code.

• Pin definition

  As shown in the figure below, VWXR2-ES requires an external MIC and speaker to complete voice interaction. We recommend the following processing methods for some peripherals required by the voice module by default:

  • Microphone (required): The pins of the mic are fixed and two external MICs must be connected. The MIC spacing is recommended to be 40-80mm. For specific mic specification recommendations, please consult Tuya technical personnel;
  • Speaker (optional): For customers who need sound interaction, VWXR2-ES has a built-in power amplifier and decoder, and an external 1-2.6W speaker can be connected according to needs. If a speaker is not needed, the following lighting interaction method can also be selected;
  • Voice status indicator light (optional): For customers who are cost-sensitive, have limited product space and cannot install speakers, or do not require audio feedback interaction, VWXR2-ES also supports two-color indicator light interaction. The user can not connect the speaker and prompt based on the indicator light feedback. The result of user voice control of IoT;
