5-channel isolated power supply is used as a driving power supply for multiple MOS tubes. The maximum input voltage is 24V and the maximum output voltage is below 20V (safety voltage of MOS tubes). The voltages of the 5 channels are not much different. The MOS tube driver only charges the GS at the moment it is turned on. The current is large, and the current is zero after the GS is fully charged, so the voltage of several channels only needs to be less than 20V and greater than 10V (generally the full turn-on voltage of the MOS tube).

Red circle 1 is the isolated magnetic ring drive circuit, PC817 and TL431 form a voltage stabilizing circuit.
Red circle 2 is the output rectification and filtering.
Red circle 3 is the output terminal.

Regarding the winding of the magnetic ring, use a 270125 magnetic ring. The number of turns on the primary side and the 5 sets of secondary sides are the same (more than 10 turns and less than 18 turns), except that the primary side needs a thicker wire diameter.

The green oil board in the video and the white oil board circuit are the same.
