Overview

Bidirectional dc-dc circuit design

The rated voltage of the high-voltage side (stabilized power supply) is 30V , the rated voltage of the low-voltage side (battery pack) is 16V , 5 cells

18650 batteries in series (rated voltage 3.2V per cell ).

①Connect S1 and S3 , disconnect S2 , the output of the regulated power supply changes between 24V and 36V , set the voltage

Current closed loop realizes constant current charging of the battery pack in the range of 1A to 2A , and the current control accuracy should be higher than 5% ;

② Disconnect S1 , connect S2 , and set the voltage closed loop to maintain the voltage of U 2 at 30±0.5V ;

③Connect S1 and S2 , disconnect S3 , the output of the regulated power supply changes between 32V and 38V , and set the voltage closed loop to maintain the voltage of U2 at 30±0.5V ;

④Input overvoltage protection, output overcurrent and short circuit protection.
