The device implements a one-way sine wave variable frequency power supply with an output frequency range of 20Hz~100Hz , an adjustable effective value of output voltage of 15~36V , and a maximum effective load current of 1A . Use an oscilloscope to observe that the output waveform is a sine wave without obvious distortion. When the input voltage fluctuates between 198V and 242V and the effective value of the load current is 0.5~1A , the effective value of the output voltage can be maintained at 15V with an error of less than 5 %.
The input of the device is 220V AC, which is rectified and filtered by the full bridge to output 50V DC, which is then passed through the drive circuit and full-bridge inverter circuit with IR2110 as the core. The STM32F407 microcontroller is used to generate a complementary SPWM wave with variable frequency , which is input into the drive circuit and then passed through Through full-bridge inversion, Kalman filtering and other processing, the final output is a sine wave AC signal with variable frequency.
