1. Overall keyboard design
1. The layout of the keyboard is 40%, and the layout is compact. At the same time, the axis adopts short axis, the overall ultra-thin design, the type c key line is separated, easy to carry, extremely thin and light
2. And use ws2812 lamp beads and cooperate with firmware to achieve rich lighting effects
See video demonstration below
2. Keyboard shell design
The shell adopts ship hull design, the hot-melt nut is embedded in the shell, and the PCB is fixed with the shell using screws.
The shell is made of 3D Monkey ’s 3D printed shell, which is very cost-effective and of good quality. It is recommended for everyone to use.
Attached is the URL https://www.sanweihou.com/placeOrder
Please see the attachment for the keyboard shell print file.
The shell thickness is only 13mm
The screws are M2*4 specifications
In order to prevent the whole shell from being too monotonous on the back, I added a big white rat pattern to pay tribute to the hot man. You can spray paint it to make the color more beautiful.
At the same time, it is recommended that 3D Monkey add a spray painting service.
3. Firmware
The firmware uses the open source solution of QMK. For specific instructions, you can see another open source project for a more detailed introduction.

This open source only provides schematics, PCB, firmware and other source codes. Firmware hex.bin and other files are not provided. Firmware compilation requires a local QMK compilation environment.
Note: The BOM table may be wrong. All components should be selected according to the schematic identification.

<I am a fan of Lao Xuan. After reading Lao Xuan’s open source projects, I found that many people use Lao Xuan’s open source keyboards to start groups without Lao Xuan’s authorization. They don’t even change their logos. I don’t want to say anything more. I hope You can create a good open source environment, thank you all >
