Production experience:

• It is recommended to buy LDO chips from Lichuang. Taobao is all fake. My phone crashed many times during the production process. They were all SPX2954M3 bought from Taobao.

• The operational amplifier IC is marked as SGM8551 in the schematic diagram. In fact, it can be replaced by RS8551, GS8551, MCP6001, OPA336 and other operational amplifier models.

• In the schematic diagram, try to use 0.1% of the 249K resistor.

Screen support:

• Support OLED 0.96 1.3 2.42 and other sizes
• The driver supports OLED screens of SSD1306 SH1106 CH1116 SSD1315 SSD1309 and other driver models. When burning firmware, select the firmware according to the selected screen size.

Function description: Using STM32 main control, with time display, voltage display, low voltage protection, welding tip management, temperature segmented calibration, screen saver, temperature enhancement, automatic standby, automatic sleep, NTC temperature compensation, password protection, Chinese and English switching , buzz reminder and other functions.

Main operations:

• Under normal circumstances, continuously rotate counterclockwise for less than 3 steps within 1 second and enter the standby state (default 200 degrees, 150-300 degrees configurable). If the set temperature is lower than 200 degrees, it will directly enter sleep.
• In the standby state, continuously rotate counterclockwise 3 times within 1 second to sleep (soft shutdown); in the sleep (soft shutdown) state, short press the encoder to enter the working state.
• In standby mode, press the encoder or turn it clockwise to resume working mode.
• Under normal circumstances, rotate clockwise 3 times continuously within 1 second to enter power enhancement, current temperature (10-200 degrees configurable), and enhancement time (1-60 minutes configurable) and then automatically return to the setting state, press the code The device can be restored early.
• Under normal circumstances, short press to enter the temperature setting state.
• In the temperature setting state, the temperature of the current setting group can be adjusted by rotating the encoder. The default step is 5 degrees (steps 1-50 can be set).
• In the temperature setting state, press and rotate the encoder to switch setting groups.
• In the temperature setting state, short press the encoder to save and exit to normal working state.
• Under normal circumstances, press the encoder and rotate it clockwise to enter the head-changing interface. In this interface, the output is turned off, and the head-changing operation can be performed with power on. You can switch the head type and call the correction curve of the related head.
• Under normal circumstances, press the encoder and rotate it counterclockwise to enter the temperature calibration interface, where you can calibrate the parameters of the current soldering tip or restore the default parameters. Before entering the calibration wizard, you need to restore the default correction parameters.
• Under normal circumstances, long press the encoder for 2 seconds to open the settings menu.
• All setting interfaces and menus can be exited without saving by pressing and holding the encoder for 2 seconds.
