The core DC-DC chip is MPQ4210
For fast charging function, SW2305 is used to support A+C applications.
The input side has:
XT30 (battery pack input) + XT30 switching power supply + DC switching power supply + C port fast charge deception input
The deception input IC is FS512. I don’t have any other deception chips. This chip also supports fast charging output. This function is not used here.
Although there are many input sockets, they are only divided into two types, battery input and non-battery input.
Use LM5050 to build an ideal diode on the battery input side.
The above two input sides have independent INA226 for detecting voltage and current.
Both MPQ4210s in the DC-DC circuit support IIC interaction, and different communication addresses (0X60 or 0X66) can be achieved according to the configuration of the ADDR pin.
The two SW2305s use analog switches for IIC communication switching.
MPQ4210 supports up to 40V input
The advantage is that the reference voltage VREF can achieve fine step switching of 1 millivolt under the configuration of the IIC.
For the RT+BT voltage dividing resistor of 90K+10K, according to the output voltage calculation formula, the output voltage range can be 3-20.47V, and the step can be as fine as 10 millivolts.
The output voltage range of the chip is between 0.3V and 20V;
In addition, the chip also comes with a voltage feedback pin for output current. The level of this pin is positively related to the output voltage.
Aixunshi cannot continue to update because "ChengNan" already has a boyfriend. This is the closest I've ever been to being single.
