LDC1314RGHT solution verification board [tested successfully]

 
Overview

This project is used to verify the solution verification board design of the LDC1314RGHT (product number C80399) special sensor for Lichuang Mall.

This solution verification board is a complete solution board, including STM32F407, LDC1314 sensor and induction coil.

Hardware compatible sensor chip LDC1314/LDC1614, STM32 MCU packaged as LQFP144, SPI/IIC protocol OLED of various sizes (note the power pin sequence, only supports 1-pin GND, supports software/hardware SPI, software IIC).

Programs can be written to realize OLED display, and data can also be sent through the serial port. There is no onboard CH340, please connect an external CH340 module to use the serial port function.

The accessory test procedures are all for ADDR, SD to be grounded, and INTB to be left floating. If you need to change the address, please pull ADDR high and change it to the commented address in the program. If you need to control whether the chip works, connect SD to GPIO and pull it high to SHUTDOWN.

The following are the test results of an external STM32F103C8T6 core board: (Attachment F1 program, SCL is connected to PB6, SDA is connected to PB7)

No object contact is 645, finger contact becomes smaller to about 630.

The metal contact value becomes larger.

The accuracy of the above test procedure is not high, and the sensitivity can be adjusted by adjusting the value of the capacitance of the coil.
