Based on the open source github.com/sfrwmaker/F1-T12-858D, designed and produced with reference to others, this circuit board has been verified.
The power board part lacks debugging tools. It is planned to be designed to 200w to adapt to jbc245. There is a board diagram attached. Please help with the design if you are capable.
Optional 1.3-inch or 0.96-inch OLED, 1.4-inch tft color screen interface reserved
The encoder is designed to be bidirectional. Some encoders are reversed when purchased. Please pay attention to changing the direction. Taking into account the convenience of disassembly, the bottom of the screen board has been redesigned and installed with 4 curved needles in a good position. Just weld the curved needles of the control board.
The power board and control board are connected by 2cm m2 knurled screw posts
The back cover aviation plug is designed with two switches for the soldering iron and the air gun switch. The hole in the back cover can be eliminated. Settings cannot be entered without installing the air gun, so two on and off switches are added, which is optional. Please note
Please use bt139 instead of BTA41. The heat dissipation is sufficient. If you are not worried, you can add a heat sink.
