ERROR:
On September 22, 2020, all components were welded, and the following problems occurred:
1. The Q3 MOS tube is reversed, causing it to keep heating. PCB and schematic have been updated! ✔
2. The 7805CV is overheated, and the voltage difference between converting 24V directly to 5V is too great. It can't be done at the moment. ✖
3. During debugging, the 24V power supply was short-circuited to the LED digital tube, causing the microcontroller, digital tube, and other unknown components to hang up. o(╥﹏╥)o
Updated on October 6, 2020:
1. The IRLR9343TRPBF used generates serious heat, and the pad solder melts directly when heated. Looking for a replacement. If you know of a replacement, please leave a message to let us know!
Next: Let’s continue! It shouldn’t be clucking! ! ! ! I also have a 24V + 5V dual output power supply, which I estimate will be used in the next version. In this way, there is no need to consider the heating problem of 7805CV. It should also add NTC temperature measurement!
So be it!

See the engineering attachment, it has been verified that it can be heated, but the current temperature estimate is not accurate! The display effect is not good either! But it can be heated!

----------------------------------I am the dividing line------------- --------------------------
The T12 output line was too thin when I first started talking, but it has been changed now!
Because we use the components we have on hand, the components have patches and direct plugs.
The digital tube is compatible with two commonly used common cathode digital tubes.
I don’t know how to get the airline seat, it still needs to be optimized!
It’s also because I won a proofing coupon while watching Lichuang EDA’s live broadcast a few days ago! That's why I decided to use the components on the handle to make a control panel. Although there is already a direct plug-in control panel, there is no digital tube display.
During the live broadcast, I also won a Huanghua 907 soldering iron, which I just bought at Lichuang Mall a few days ago! It’s a buy one get one free deal!
