Input 7-35v integrated over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current protection** This module is a step-down module main control chip sw3518s. The difference between input and output must be more than 1.5v
Continuous 100w 20v5a test for 4 hours at a stable temperature of 63 degrees and room temperature of 28 degrees. Normal charging of mobile phones averages 46 degrees.
Note 1: If you plan to make samples and then solder by hand, please pay attention. The temperature of the soldered chip should not exceed 250 degrees, and the time should not exceed 10 seconds. Apply some solder oil. If you want to directly SMT, you can skip this step.
Note 2: F1 is a fuse with a 1812 package and a fuse current of 10A. If you don’t need to connect the two ends directly, it will be fine. If you don’t know how to connect, look at the PCB diagram. If you don’t understand, just message me privately.
Note 3: There is no reverse connection protection. If the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, it will burn. If you want to add reverse connection protection, just add a Schottky diode. Choose one with 10A or above. If you really don’t know, you can ask me.
Note 4: The inductor uses a 10A 22uh inductor package 1265. The best choice is the same as mine. Try not to use too small, which will increase heat generation.
