Design ideas
This is my first time using Lichuang EDA for design and board making, so it’s a little simpler.
The circuit board uses Hangshun HK32F030 as the core, and all IOs are led out through pin headers to facilitate testing and debugging.
The power supply is provided through the USB interface and is connected to the USB-to-serial port chip CH340 to provide online communication capabilities for the HK32F030.
There are two buttons designed on the circuit board, a reset button, two LCD display interfaces, and an IICOLED interface.
On the lower part of the circuit board, the position of the Tuya wifi module is reserved, and the module can be connected later for debugging the IOT project.
There is also a small space reserved in the lower left corner for an experiment board, which is convenient for setting up some simple circuits for testing.
Problems encountered
When soldering the circuit, I discovered that the "divergent line width" in the default settings was zero when designing the copper layout. Since the ground pins of many devices are connected to a large area of copper, the heat dissipation effect is too good. It is difficult to solder the device with a low-power soldering iron. I hope newbies can notice this problem.
If you forget to remove copper in the reserved experimental board area, it may cause a short circuit to ground due to repeated welding during actual use.
