Through the Tuya module WBR3, PWM signals can be sent wirelessly or manually to control the brushless motor module (brushless DC fan). The main control chip uses Hangshun HK32F030MF4P6. The illumination, temperature and humidity are collected through IIC sensors and uploaded to the Tuya platform. The motherboard has an infrared transceiver part, which can realize infrared remote control of the fan and remote mobile phone universal remote control function. In addition, ws2812 light strip can be added to realize the colorful night light function. The mainboard human-machine interface uses the EC11 rotary encoder to manually select menus and parameters, and OLED displays them.
The schematic diagram and PCB design were completed through Easy EDA. Due to lack of experience, many original parts could not be soldered during PCB soldering. Finally, it was found that the copper area was too large, the connection between the pad and the copper was too wide, and the heat dissipated too quickly and it was difficult to reach the solder melting point.
