1. Redraw the pcb, 84*95mm, to adapt to the aluminum casing purchased by Aubao, and the 24v switching power supply can also be built-in
2.Has the following functions
3. The switch can be canceled
Hardware switches become optional. It can be connected in parallel with a heat gun reed switch to completely disconnect the heat gun handle. As far as you know, the reed switch shortens when the handle is on the hook and opens when using the heat gun handle. If you disconnect the heat gun from the controller, it will assume that the heat gun is in use and attempt to power it. An optional hardware switch simulates a closed reed switch that opens the handle.
The main working mode is soldering iron mode. In this mode you can use the soldering iron, access the main menu, activate and calibrate the soldering iron tip and heat gun, configure all required parameters of the soldering station. When you lift the heat gun from the base, the controller will switch to rework station mode. The soldering iron can continue to work if the configuration parameters are changed in the main menu.
You can use either the soldering iron or the heat gun sequentially (i.e. only one device can be active at a time), or both devices at the same time, depending on the settings options menu ("Keep the soldering iron") mode. When this option is enabled, the iron will keep working while using the heat gun. However, when you place the heat gun on the base, it will turn off and start cooling.
