[Tuya Smart] Light Curing Printing-Rollover Companion

 
Overview

Light-curing printing has the following problems:

  • Printing takes a long time, and people cannot be on duty for a long time. If printing problems occur during the process, the machine cannot automatically stop, resulting in a waste of time and materials.
  • The printing effect is greatly affected by temperature. Low temperature or drastic temperature changes may cause the molding effect or even failure.
  • The material trough has limited material storage, and printing for a long time may cause rollover due to lack of material.

    In response to the above rollover problem, this project has the following functions:

  • Use a remote camera to obtain the current printing progress, so you can monitor and take countermeasures at any time;
  • Automatic/manual temperature control
  • Resin can be replenished remotely manually

    Implementation plan:

  • Use Tuya wifi module to connect to IOT platform
  • Using a digital thermometer, take the temperature of the refill resin material inside and outside the machine
  • Use an external relay to control the heater to replenish resin inside and outside the machine for heating.
  • Remote camera, using DCMI interface to communicate with microcontroller
  • Resin feeding and discharging are realized by using an external relay to control the peristaltic pump.
  • Use OLED to display basic information
  • Use Morpho Header to ensure system scalability
