Introduction to the functions of this product:
The two ICs on the board, SW6106|SW6124, are fully compatible! ! ! ! ! !
Support Apple 2.4A Samsung 2A high current
Supports PD fast charging for Apple iPhone 8 and above.
Output fast charging protocol: PD/QC/AFC/FCP/PE/SFCP, etc.
Input fast charging protocol: PD3.0/PD2.0/AFC/FCP ( SW6106 supports QC )
The PCB must be used with the 18650+18650 battery holder, or designed by yourself ( the dimensions are marked in the picture ).
Fast charging indicator light (there is a blue LED light next to the USB A port in the video)
Interface: micro usb, USB TYPE_C (two-way fast charging), USB TYPE_A, Apple Lightning (choose one of Lightning port or flashlight function, this project chose Lightning)
Fast charging indicator + battery indicator (5 lights, more than 40% of them are blue lights, the following are red lights)
Lithium battery power management chip (XB8886, XB8090...)
NTC temperature detection (available in two ways: patch and plug-in)
Battery voltage target setting resistor (R10 is left floating by default)
It is recommended to use the "Component Location and BOM Table" attachment for BOM and component locations, which can be viewed on mobile phones and computers.
Resistance | Corresponding battery voltage |
NC | 4.2V |
62K | 4.35V |
30K | 4.4V |
10K | 4.3V |
Note: The fast charging board needs to be equipped with a battery with low internal resistance and capable of high current discharge, and a wire capable of high current.
The fast charging board has high requirements on the battery and even the connecting wire. If the internal resistance of the battery or the wire resistance is large, it is easy to be protected during discharge! !
Activation : After connecting the battery, you need to charge the power bank to activate it.
● 18650 flat-head battery: Pointed-head battery and Shenhuo UltraFire battery (high resistance, serious false standard) are not available.
● Voltage: Normal between 3.6-4.2V. If the disassembled battery voltage is lower than 3.6V, it will cause slow charging and no charging. unavailable.
● Resistance: Good quality products should be within 65 milliohms. Large resistance will cause under-voltage and power outages when charging mobile phones. unavailable. (Not a motherboard problem)
● Aging battery: It is quickly filled or discharged quickly. After many cycles, the battery has very little aging capacity and cannot be used.
● Mixing good and bad batteries: After several cycles, the loop current will damage the good batteries, so it is recommended not to mix them.
