usb3.0hub based on TUSB8041

This design is an ultra-high-speed splitter that meets USB 3.0 requirements and has 5V fast charging characteristics. The USB3.0 hub component TUSB8041 (mall id C486066 ) produced by Texas Instruments is used as the main control chip, and the peripheral circuit conversion and current limiting chips are also from Texas Instruments. main feature:

1. Implements USB 3.0 hub function and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 link;
2. Enables four USB-A female downstream ports and one USB-B female upstream port to transmit data at a rate of up to approximately 5Gbps;
3. The device can be powered through a 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.5mm inner diameter DC power interface. The power supply voltage is 9V~14V DC. The required adapter power is not less than 45W ;
4. After the external power supply * interface is plugged in, the device power supply will automatically switch from the upstream Vbus port power supply to the external independent power supply;
5. In the default configuration, when the uplink port is connected, the four downlink ports support CDP and DCP protocols up to 2A@5V fast charging mode;
6. In the default configuration, when the uplink port is not connected, the four downlink ports support ACP1/2, CDP, and DCP protocols up to 2A@5V fast charging mode;
7. The four downstream ports are controlled by independent current-limiting switches. When the output current of any downstream port exceeds 2A, the PC will receive an overcurrent notification from the downstream port and can be manually reset;
8. Each USB port uses TVS diodes for anti-static protection.

1. Each USB downstream port can add an LED as an indicator light.
2. If the fast charging function is not needed, the dc-dc module, current limiting module, and automatic power switching transistor can be removed.
3. The signal lines should be arranged in differential pairs and have the same length as possible, and the difference in length of the differential pairs should not exceed 5 mil.
