An infrared pyroelectric sensor lamp based on TM2291 (Material No. C81387) , integrated with lithium battery charging, lithium battery protection, breathing power indicator, boost constant current drive, and warm/white light switchability.
There are many sensor lights on the market. The low-priced ones have incomplete functions or are shoddy, and the high-priced ones are unaffordable. After all, it’s better to make it yourself.
Control part: TM2291 low-power infrared pyrolysis sensor chip standard application circuit. Repeat, delay time, blocking time, and photosensitivity threshold are all adjustable.
Charging part: TYPEC input TP4056 charging and lithium battery chip.
LED driver: Use SY7200 boost constant current 8 strings, warm/white light switchable.
Battery indication: using ATTINY13A . Red-green-blue two-color mixed color breathing indicator (red/yellow/green/cyan/blue). The 3-button parallel connection also serves as a support frame for the Fresnel lens-S9008 . After pressing the button once, the breathing light will display color once to indicate the battery level. The breathing light will continue to indicate when charging, and the blue light will stay on to indicate that it is fully charged.
Toggle switch: 2-position switch switches warm light/white light, 3-position switch switches constant on/off/automatic.
Performance parameters:
Off topic: The TM2291 chip has no peripheral circuits and its static power consumption is indeed only a few uA. After the actual test peripherals are added, it can probably be controlled within 50uA. (When the IB pin 1M reaches the ground, it will increase the power consumption by about 25uA. The sensor head outputs 47k to the ground, which is about 10uA, and the photosensitive part is 3uA.)

Static current test: They are the automatic induction gear and the shutdown gear. The shutdown current is mainly the shutdown quiescent current of the microcontroller, lithium battery chip and constant current boost chip.
Lighting power: Default is 1W. Thanks to the ultra-high efficiency of SY7200, the power of 1W is basically all on the LED. Therefore, compared with other induction lights, the LED is brighter under the same power. Moreover, the LED brightness can remain consistent throughout the battery discharge process.

For the 3D model shell, there are two types of upper covers to choose from. One panel requires acrylic as a window, and the other requires the upper cover to be printed with light-transmitting material, and then the entire upper cover directly acts as a lampshade.
