Overview

The middle is filled with two layers of 10mm thick aluminum silicate insulation cotton to prevent the bottom heat from dissipating too quickly and causing the temperature to rise too slowly.
The brass stud sizes are M3*15 and M3*25+6, of which 15mm is a double-pass stud 
100K thermistor. Select a 1K resistor for the series resistor

The connection between the Quark barbecue grill and the base is insulated with mica sheets (you can use 69! lRLF2HnA22o https://m.tb.cn/h.fBVHRKb CZ3457 Brand new mica sheets TO-3P Dashanken tube TO-220 TO-247 TO-3PL insulation sheet pad) After buying it, cut it to size. First fix the two studs at the back that do not require mica sheets. Then the two screws at the front will not come into contact with the aluminum substrate and cause insulation failure.

There is still a problem in the program part, and the temperature meter is slightly off, but the temperature resistance value at 200°C was adjusted by me (200°C is accurate)

When the temperature is lower than 150 degrees, LO (LOW) is displayed. Press the temperature up button to start heating and the set temperature rises by one degree. Press the temperature down button to stop the temperature rise and the set temperature drops by one degree.

It is best to use a 12V10A or above power supply because the resistance value of my aluminum substrate is 1.4Ω. The calculated current is 8A at 12V. You need to choose the power supply based on the resistance of your aluminum substrate. 

Supports up to 30V voltage and maximum current of 15A

If there is a thermocouple circuit left, you can use a thermocouple if needed, but there is no program for thermocouples in the program.

Because I don’t have a heating table, most of the components are straight plug-ins. You can change them yourself if necessary.

 

My capabilities are limited, and there is still a lot of room for improvement in hardware and programs. I ask the big guys to improve them.
