This smart socket converter uses the CB2S WIFI+ Bluetooth programming module (C2897591) provided by Atlink in Lichuang Mall as the main control. The production steps are as follows:
1. Find the WIFI+ Bluetooth burning module (C2897591) in Lichuang Mall and add it to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the firmware distribution page in the shopping cart.
3. Enter the Atlink platform to create a new WIFI socket product.
4. After selecting the function definition and device panel according to the steps, enter the hardware debugging page, select the CB2S module, and configure the firmware. Then click to generate firmware online and you can purchase it. My configuration is like this:
5. Draw the board in Lichuang EDA. The power supply part adopts a non-isolated AC-DC solution, 5V is used by the relay, and then converted to 3.3V through LDO for use by the module.
6. Use existing shells and hardware on the market. Please see the project link below for the schematic diagram, PCB board, and BOM table.
7. After welding and installation, download the ' Smart Life ' APP from major application markets, and you can connect to the WIFI distribution network at home for use.
8. This socket converter can be used with electrical appliances with plugs within 10A. Through the APP, you can remotely operate the switch, check the status, set the timer switch, link with other smart devices and other functions. As long as there is a network, my mother no longer has to worry about me going out. Forgot to turn off electrical appliances.
Warm reminder: Because it involves strong electricity, playing with electricity is risky, so please be careful when making it and it must be operated by professionals. Even professionals, to prevent accidents, it is not recommended to touch any components, exposed circuits and solder joints while power is on during the production process.
