【CW32】Brushless motor driver board

Overview

The motor driver development board based on CW32 leaves many functions waiting for later development. There are also many communication peripheral interfaces reserved for the outside world. The social animals do not have much time to research and make innovative things. It is a bit difficult just to keep up with the progress. I just followed the training camp to learn and learn as a technical accumulation. Later I want to add 6050 to make a balance system, and then try different motors.
