This design uses GD32F103C8T6 as the main control chip. The main control is responsible for collecting data from the infrared thermal imaging sensor and storing pictures. The infrared thermal imaging sensor uses MLX90640. The sensor has 32*24 pixels and 768 temperature measurements. At a refresh frequency of 1Hz, The measurement accuracy can reach 0.1°; using XT25F128B as the memory chip, the obtained thermal imaging can be stored in Flash in picture format, and then read through USB; using TP4057 as the lithium battery charging chip, TP4057 is a single-cell lithium battery dedicated The constant current/constant voltage linear charging IC has an operating voltage range of 4 to 6V and is suitable for use with a computer USB interface for power supply; a 662K three-terminal voltage regulator chip is used as the system's power management chip.
