The newly released AIR32F103 is very cheap at only 4.8 and is highly recommended.

The firmware of STlink-V2.1 can be used directly.
Notice:
1. The size is small and it is troublesome to weld. (I believe I can definitely weld...)
2. Due to size limitations, it is inconvenient to use alligator wires to burn firmware. It is recommended to solder wires to burn the chip (CLK, VCC, GND, DIO from the pad near USB-C to the right).
3. Some resettable fuses are not resistant to high temperatures, so it is recommended to solder them last.
