Overview

Based on the FOC control principle, the component package size is reasonable and suitable for manual patching. Precision voltage ADC collection is added.

1. The female end of the power plug XT30PW-M was reversed, causing two boards to explode.

2. For the three-pin switch SS12D10G4, you should buy curved legs to lower the overall height of the board to make it easier to plug in the ESP32 main control board. The current resistance of the switch is only about 2A, so consider whether to replace it with a relay.

3.3s 12.6 drops 5V. Although the effect of using TPS54160DGQR is good, it is expensive and difficult to give up by manual patching.

4.5V reduced to 3.3V chip RT9193-33GB 300mA. Do not buy on Taobao. The quality is not easy and it is easy to overturn.

5. The position of the power plug XT30PW-M needs to be adjusted.

6. Four position holes are set to form a GND network to facilitate board debugging and maintenance.

7. It is best to put all the text on the back. When measuring with an electric meter, you will not turn the board over repeatedly to see the pins.

8. The maximum withstand current of the 0-ohm resistor used as a switching current sampling chip is about 2.9A, which temporarily meets the usage requirements.
