Overview
# Electronic dices STC [Electronic dices STC](https://hktkzyx.github.io/electronic-dices-stc-hardware/) is an electronic dice project based on STC microcontroller. This project uses a 51 microcontroller to generate pseudo-random numbers to simulate throwing up to 4 dice. It can be used in scenarios such as Catan and other board games that require high random number quality. ## Use ### The power supply is connected to an external 3.3 V power supply or Type C. The external power supply can use 2 dry batteries. Turn the toggle switch to switch the power supply. The left side uses an external 3.3 V power supply and the right side uses Type C. ### Function `Set` key adjusts the number of dice, the default is 2 dice. The `Roll` key rolls the dice. Automatically enters sleep mode if there is no operation continuously until the button is pressed again. The time to enter sleep can be set in firmware. ### The firmware firmware project is [Electronic dices STC](https://github.com/hktkzyx/electronic-dices-stc). The firmware is burned via ISP via Type C interface. ## License [CERN-OHL-P v2](https://ohwr.org/cern_ohl_p_v2.txt) or later
