2022-6-21: Add shell file, schematic diagram
2022-6-5: The price of ao4413 Uxin has increased. You can switch to aons21357. The price is the same but the current is higher without free shipping. Two parallel connections have been tested for passive heat dissipation at 150w. A small fan is enough for 200w.
5v control mos switch to use nmos for board making. It is recommended to plug the soldering wire directly into the side plug nmos version.
2022-5-29: The 12v control mos resistance is changed to 12k and 2.22k. 12k is next to the mos and 2.22k is next to the transistor in the lower right corner. If the mos is heated seriously, change the resistance of the voltage dividing resistor.
Please check the DRC design rules before making the board to avoid errors.
12v power supply is passed through, and 12v is controlled on and off through two p mos, and then 5v and 3v are turned on, and the power monitoring ic outputs pg signal
The ripple on the board is 80mv when inputting 12v, 100mv when outputting 10a at
5v, and 30mv when outputting 10a when 3v is used.
If you find that the computer does not run when you power on, check whether there is a PG signal output. Short the jumper point under the LED light. If there is no PG, you can not use the power IC or lift up the 8-pin of the power IC and leave it unconnected. Weld the 3k resistor and 10uf capacitor.
