【CW32】Application of brushless motor in advertising display

 
Overview

The basic consideration of this project consists of two parts. First, the basic brushless motor controller. Secondly, the LED advertising kit constitutes a complete brushless motor advertising display device.

1. Hardware introduction:

     The processor of the hardware part uses a 32-bit processor. Through the analysis of the project, the circuit board is divided into two parts. That is, the CPU board and the control acquisition power supply board.

   At the same time, the original 34PIN terminal block is divided into 8pin control and 18pin acquisition, and separated. This function is clear and facilitates EMI isolation design.

2. Software introduction

      In the software part of this design, the core of the design is the 6-step inductive commutation operation of the DC motor, but it involves a variety of software functions such as: PWM, capture, AD, etc. The specific software flow chart is as follows:

8. Summary. This is the second time I have participated in the Lichuang EDA project. Compared with the first time, I gained a little more experience and made fewer detours. First, don’t rush to start, analyze the project carefully, listen carefully to the teacher’s opinions, and then determine the plan. Secondly, design a reasonable plan to avoid wasting time and limited funds. Finally, you must persist until the last moment and don’t give up easily. This is also the quality of our hardware developers.
