Test board for switching power supply to display voltage, current and power in a fixed position
This is my first time designing a circuit, and I started with absolutely zero experience. Please forgive me if there are any shortcomings. Everyone is welcome to discuss and exchange in the comment area.
The board has been verified.
The original parts are basically the leftover materials from the project on hand. The main control is STM32F103C8T6 (it has excessive performance, which is a bit wasteful for this project). The screen is a 1.5-inch OLED (picked up from 9.9 garbage, which limits the size of the circuit board).
The INA226 input voltage is limited to 35V, the DCDC input voltage is limited to 40V, the sampling resistor is 0.005R, the shunt voltage is 81.92mV, and the theoretical measurable current is almost 16A. I tested the 24V input and found that the 5A current can work stably (note the tin stack).
XT60PW-F does not have a package, so use XT60PW-M instead, and there will be no problem with wiring.
