LED battery indicator
Using the 10-bit LED driver chip LM3914 as the core design circuit, it can be used as a battery power indicator in the range of 2.4V-20V, using a 10-segment LED strip digital tube to display the power.
The main parameters:
Power consumption: bar display full brightness 42ma, single light display 4ma
Measuring range: Batteries with universal voltage 2.4-20v
PCB board size: 45*25mm
5k potentiometer, lower limit bottom voltage display adjustment: When connected to the low end lower limit voltage, if it does not light up, adjust it clockwise to light a few lights or adjust it fully counterclockwise until one light is exactly on or all is not light up. 50k potentiometer, upper limit high-end voltage display adjustment: when connected to the high-end upper limit voltage, adjust it counterclockwise for a few times if it is not bright or bright, and adjust it clockwise when it is fully bright, until it can be fully bright.
Note that the adjustment sequence is to adjust the high-end voltage first, then adjust the bottom-end voltage. Repeat this several times for a more accurate display.
