The Hall element is SS49E, and the LED indicator light is on when connected to an external 5V power supply. Use a magnet close to the Hall element to see the light and dark changes of the indicator light. There is an OUT output pin on the PCB, which can be monitored in real time with a multimeter or oscilloscope. The 2.54mm pads on both sides of the toggle switch can be directly connected in series with an ammeter to monitor the LED current.
