Overview

Based on the T12 soldering station of the original author WAGIMINATOR, modified according to the needs of JLC user HYCC, the original part is the shell;
1. Added a PWM signal to the fan, and reserved a digital signal for lamp control; 2 .The patch component 0603 has been changed to 0805; 3. Changed to a four-core connector; 4. Fine-tuning the component position to adapt to the overall design;
5. Adding panel and silk screen design
STP, STL and program packaging are included in the attachment, please Modify it according to your needs.
 
BOM
1. 120*120*32mm turbofan x 1; 24V 4000rpm, XH2.54 two-wire terminal
2. M4*40mm countersunk head bolts x 3; used to fix the threaded bracket plastic parts
3. M4*15mm countersunk head bolts x 3 ; Used to fix the fan
4. M4 nut x 6;
5. DC socket 5.5-2.1 (I directly use the 19.5V65W laptop power supply)
6. Two 20mm wires, 18AWG; connect the DC socket and the main control PCD power terminal;
7 . Main control PCB;
8. Panel PCB;
9. 0.96-inch OLED screen module, I2C communication, 4-pin connection;
10. LED light PCB;
11. 5V1A USB wire, one end is connected to the 5V charger, and the other end is broken and connected to the LED Light board; you can also add a USB connector to the light board; also note that there are no holes for wiring on the printed parts, you need to add them yourself, or drill/iron one later;
12. 50mm inner diameter bamboo tube, 500mm long, with Rectangular silicone air guide; the light panel can be directly attached with thick double-sided tape;
13. A set of plastic shell parts in the attachment;
