As the title says, it is a chip storage board. The board production process is as follows:
1. Organize the chips in your hand, record and classify them using tables.
2. Draw the PCB. The SOP16 package here has been changed by me, leaving only the pads for pins 1 and 3. The other pins use silk screen pads. This can reduce the probability of the chip pins being stained with tin. After testing, two pins are enough to secure the chip. Easy to remove the chip and solder on the same side.
 
 
As shown in the picture above, I spliced ​​several boards together. This was actually not what I thought at first, but I found that the splicing was pretty good.
3. Label the chip name. The position where the chip name is marked here is right below the chip package. Some people may worry that the chip will be covered after welding. This is not the case. We have to leave it here and cannot weld it. The second board needs to be The same reason is true for leaving the second line empty. In this case, we only need to proof it once to get boards with so many names. Of course, you can also use stickers to add new ones, but this is not recommended.
4. Each column can basically hold 10 chips. This number is the number of chips I buy every time. I have a lot of them in my hand. I put these small numbers of chips like this so that they will be easier to find in the future.
