Overview
The 8266 main control combines the control panel and heating part into one. There is a three-color light on the front, normal green, red for heating and blue for heat preservation. arduino is developed with the blinker library. It is very simple. The ready-made one is infinitely better than building an mqtt server by yourself. The d4184mos tube is used for isolation, 5V input, the heating wire resistance is about 1.2 ohms, and the total power is about 20w, which is enough to heat water to 50 or 60 degrees for drinking. Mobile app control.
Update: Do not use this mos tube. Most of the ones sold on the market are domestically produced. The ttl level cannot be turned on reliably and the internal resistance is too large. If you are able to do it yourself, replace the mos tube with a lower conduction vgs.
2022.2 update: I have changed what I said above, but I am too lazy to test it, so some kind-hearted people will try it.

随着智能手机的普及,对出差人员或酷爱玩手机的人而言,充电宝已成了手机的标配,如此普及的东西却功能单一,为其增加附加的功能已成无数开发者思考的问题。社会在发展,节奏在变快,时常出差在所难免,我也曾出过差,心知出差的辛苦,走的腿软,站的腰疼,背包背的肩酸,总希望在疲惫的时候有人伺候伺候,从这点出发,充电宝增加按摩理疗功能可很好的缓解这类人群的痛点,从市场前景而言,充电宝使用人群广,增加按摩理疗功能又可以解决特定人群的痛点,若有一款售价与普通充电宝相同,却又有按摩理疗功能,想必必成卖点,因为它已经不再是简单的“充电宝”,而是增加按摩理疗功能的“伺候宝”。

2.作品的功能描述:
   升级版的充电宝功能当然是包括5V输入充电、5V输出供电和手电筒功能了,其次在充电宝三个基本功能基础上增加按摩理疗功能,按摩理疗功能单元包括LED档位和模式状态显示、调节设置按键、理疗信号输出三个部分。

3.作品的按摩理疗功能实现原理:
   按摩理疗功能的实现是由单片机的DA产生不同的理疗电信号脉冲,我这里主要是用中频段脉冲来实现,单片机输出的模拟脉冲经过功放放大和变压器隔离升压输出,通过导联线将信号引到按摩部位的湿电机片上,作用于人体按摩部位,在有规律的中频电脉冲的刺激下,促进人体局部范围内的细胞活性,加速细胞新陈代谢,使人快速消除疲劳,恢复状态。

*  二、描述作品所面临的挑战及所解决的问题;
    面临的挑战:
    充电宝是最常见的事物,他的使用方法及功能形态已经在人们的主观意识中定型,在充电宝这个产品上做产品开发文章,首先要应对的就是人们的主观接受度,其次是用户的使用成本高低,因此在这个充电宝升级版的设计项目(我管它叫“伺候宝”项目)中,我一直持有的设计理念是:
     **对人类已经熟知的事物(充电宝)在不改变其基本使用功能,少许增加制造成本,做一次功能性的升级,让带着充电宝走南闯北的朋友们时刻享受到家人的伺候。**
    解决的问题:
    1.在产品器件选型及设计时已经考虑成本,目标将成本控制在百元内,就目前样品制作而言已经达到预期。
    2.增加的理疗功能,为长期带着充电宝出差的人们提供了增值服务,一定程度上解决他们身体上的疲劳问题。

*  三、描述作品硬件、软件部分涉及到的关键点;
    工作中自己很少画PCB,大神一看我的PCB就知我不是行家,确实如此,平时主要搞软件和产品结构设计,当然工作之余自己也会有些个人兴趣和想法,做些电子产品的研究。最近一直在研究网上开源的小四驱无人机,原本也准备用无人机参赛,可一直卡在起飞阶段,因而宁时改变方案,选用自己近期做过样品并已经实现功能的项目参赛,也是独家完成的“充电宝+理疗”的电子产品,我管它叫“伺候宝”,伺候宝不是因为工作需要,也不是因为客户定制,而是因为我们同样都有理想,有追求,敢于尝试,勇于创新而诞生的一个电子产品,相对资料要齐全些,产品功能也实现不少,我会在这里对关键部分做介绍。    原理图和PCB设计我用的是自己习惯的AD13环境,当然都已经成功导入到立创EDA环境中,分享给大家

![image.png]用的是STM32F103RCT6处理器,处理器软件主要实现按键检测、电机振动、LED灯状态指示、开关机、电量检测、充放电状态检测、手电功能、串口通信、以及理疗波形算法处理、波形输出、按摩理疗模式处理等功能。

![image.png]这是理疗功能的核心电路,主要实现单片机输出的波形放大和滤波,这里用的是音频功放芯片,结构上是要考虑散热,功能上主要是滤波,对单片机输出信号的放大倍数并不是很高。高频变压器实现输出电压的拉高,因而是波形放大的关键元件,模拟开关芯片可有效的切断按摩信号的输出,可有效的断开信号输出,避免因状态切换或档位切换引起的尖端脉冲电信号刺激到人体。
![image.png]工程目录结构图如上,在工程中USERmassage.c文件是实现理疗信号输出的文件,我会在最后文档上传部分分享给大家。软件在实现模拟电理疗信号输出是要考虑的波形信号的能力,要用中频脉冲波输出。其次要通过单片机的DAC调节输出波形的幅度,以适应不同体质人群的应用。

基于DRV8301与STM32F4的FOC驱器四层板

简介:本人设计水平有限,大小10cm*10cm的四层PCB,驱动芯片是DRV8301,MCU是STM32F407ZGT6,第一次画驱动,第一次画四层PCB,纯属为了毕业,性能不要妄想,给各位批评,做反面案例
1.只是个单驱,支持20V—30V的电源输入,可以驱动24v三相无刷电机;
2.用的芯片优点奢侈,这个驱动器缺点很多;
3.加了AS5600和HALL的接口;
4.目前测试了驱动24V,电流到10A好像没啥问题;
5.为了防止炸管炸mos,烧芯片,加了一堆没有啥太大用的MOS和自恢复电阻;
6.各位大佬轻轻喷,真的是个新的不能再新的新手画的。

(1), main control MCU: N32G430C8L6, ESP8266
(2), program download and debugging: H3 pin header on the PCB, from left to right are SWCLK, SWDIO, GND , VCC, RX, TX; SW1 on the PCB is reset, SW2 is boot selection
(3), N32G430C8L6 and ESP8266 use serial communication, and ESP8266 can be directly connected to the H3 pin header (ESP8266 uses a module bought on Taobao) <required Note that ESP8266 also uses a serial port to download the program, so you must first download the 8266 program into the ESP8266 before connecting it to the N32 >
(4) For power supply, you can use the data line of the TYPE-C port, which is converted to 3.3V by AMS1117 and then supplied to the main control MCU
