ip5328 power bank motherboard (suitable for Laowu case)

A long time ago, Lao Wang's battery was kept naked
until I saw the casing of Lao Wu
. The size is just right.
Lao Wang's battery needs to be changed to a single string. That is to melt the solder and separate the two electrodes and then break them apart. The two batteries were then glued back together and connected in parallel.
The space for placing the board in the case is very small, and I still used a sinking board USB. The case said 5v2a. It should have been an ip5306 type chip. Of
course, you need to fast charge it for your own use.
Then install ip5328. I couldn't draw it,
so I had to draw the stacking structure of two boards. The height was not high enough and the components couldn't be placed on the back of the small board. I couldn't draw the 2nd layer (it was just a few steps away...). I added 4 layers
and then used Lichuang to proof
it and came back from two layers. I bought a single A-port ip5328 board from a junk shop before. After taking it apart and soldering
it, I found that the second port cannot be used. The mos control pin has no power at all. I
replaced both pieces with other chips. Once successful,
this is the single-port customized version. chip? Then the advanced
test fast charging can reach 18w
, that's
all nonsense.
 
Remember not to watch the welding of the BOM machine. There is a resistor next to the lamp to set the battery type. If you weld it, the voltage will be 4.35v. Generally, it is 4.2v. No need to weld it.
There is also a button. I sent it for proofing. JLC lost it twice, so it hasn’t arrived yet and I can’t test it.
