The SEC-3PH-11-OBC-EVB is a three-phase on-board charger (OBC) reference design platform that uses AEC-qualified SiC power devices and drivers to achieve advanced system efficiency. The system has a high-performance SiC MOSFET 1200 V, 80 Mohm (NVHL080N120SC1), SiC MOSFET gate driver 6A (NCV51705) and SiC diode 650 V, 30 A (FFSB3065B-F085). For test data results, the LLC system is driven by embedded software in voltage or current control mode. This reference design provides internal test results and the files required to replicate the hardware design. The GUI software is for reference only, and the embedded software is not provided.
