TB67S179FTG is a two-phase unipolar stepper motor driver that supports synchronous rectification constant current PWM drive and direct constant voltage drive. Built-in clock input decoder to control micro-stepping, its maximum resolution is 32 steps (1/32 step resolution). It also includes abnormality detection such as overcurrent detection and thermal shutdown detection. When these protection circuits are operating, signals can be output externally. TB67S179FTG uses high-voltage BiCD process and has a rated voltage of 80V/1.5A. In addition, the TB67S179FTG is pin- and package-compatible with the already mass-produced TB67S149FTG.
