MS9132 is a USB 3.0 screen projection chip, which integrates USB 3.0 Device controller, data transceiver module, audio and video processing module. MS9132 can display or expand the information on PC, smart phone and tablet computer to a larger display device through USB 3.0 interface, and supports HDMI video interface output.
Background: 1. Mobile phone wireless screen projection has delay and poor picture quality, and more stable wired screen projection is needed.
2. The laptop has only one HDMI, which is inconvenient when two external screens are needed.
Function: Use the USB interface of Android, MAC or WINDOWS devices to project the screen through USB. The signal enters MS9132 and then transfers out the HDMI signal. Application: Mobile phone and computer screen projection, HDMI port expansion.

make it effective. After the installation is complete, the software will appear. You do not need to click to use it.

After insertion, the system will recognize it as MS USB Display.

The resolution can also be adjusted normally.

It is recommended to set it to 720P under USB2 and 1080P under USB3.
The effect is as follows: lower screen 4 is displayed externally via USB3.0.

The USB3 delay is about 100ms (mentioned below).
Of course, if the delay drives you crazy, you can expand the secondary screen to make dynamic wallpaper, or watch videos (the audio and video delay will also be mentioned below), but don't even think about playing games.
The following is a secondary screen for the chassis, which does not occupy the graphics card DP or HDMI port and has very low requirements for delay.

On the Android side,
transfer the .apk file in the USB device on the computer to the Android side for installation, or scan the driver installation QR code and enter the installation. The application name is MS.

As we all know, Xiaomi's USB is not fully functional, so the screen projection cannot go through DP.

After installation, you can insert it and use it. A permission prompt will pop up when using it. Click to confirm that

a few more words. It is precisely because of this recording projection content that iQiyi has previously charged additional TV membership for screen projection. Because of the projection signal, it stands to reason that some of iQiyi's paid videos cannot be projected.
However, platforms such as Bilibili do not restrict device screen projection (see below)
and must also allow display on the upper layer in the application.

Regarding delay,
due to the USB instead of DP signal, delay is inevitable, and the delay is controlled within 100ms (USB3.0)

The delay of USB2 is visually estimated to be 200ms (see the video of Xiaomi tablet screen projection test).
However, since it is screen projection, although there is a delay, the sound and picture are still synchronized, and the sound follows the content of the projection rather than the local device (see the video of Xiaomi tablet screen projection test).
The sound and picture are separated using the function of MS9331 made before, and the sound in HDMI is decomposed.

In summary
, the MS9132 generates a lot of heat during use, but it is acceptable. You can add a heat sink depending on the situation.
Recommended level of project: hardware beginner~entry-level, pure hardware, the difficulty lies in the QFN chip welding
