Overview

Lithium titanate battery pack 6S7P - Jialichuang EDA open source hardware platform (oshwhub.com)
This open source project is a passive equalization protection board used in the previous project, using BW6101 to achieve this function.
BW6101 is a supercapacitor protection chip. When it detects that the voltage across the capacitor/battery reaches 2.65V, it turns on the internal bleed MOS tube. The current discharge capacity of the internal bleed MOS tube is about 500mA. It can increase the discharge current by driving the external NMOS. function.
 
Notes:
1. Selection of the bleeder resistor to avoid burning the bleeder resistor due to too small resistance. It is recommended to choose a resistor of 10-15Ω@0.75/0.5W. It is best to choose a resistor with a larger power.
2. Choose an NMOS with a smaller Vgs. , Reference value: Vgs=2.65V
3. Pay attention to anti-static. In the worst case, the discharge MOS gate breaks down, causing DS short circuit, and the corresponding battery pack is damaged by over-discharge.
4. Select accessories for proofing! ! !
