Overview


1. Project function introduction
Refer to the 2023 Summer Training Camp electronic clock case to achieve three display modes: clock, temperature, and humidity.
The time can be adjusted by modifying the two fields of hours and minutes .
There are two ways to power supply: USB 5V and built-in 18650 battery (with protection circuit).

Most of the hardware schematics refer to the official case. In order to expand the display part, the 0.56-inch digital tube is changed to a large hand-rubbed LED, and the display area is almost four times the original.
 
The size of the PCB is 10*5CM, and all the LEDs for display are placed on the top layer, so the bottom layer has to bear the placement of other components.
In addition, the bottom layer is used to place batteries, which takes up half of the territory. As much as possible, SMD components are used, or direct plug-ins are changed to SMD welding.
 
At first, I planned to challenge the two-layer board, but I was too naive. It took a lot of effort to pull the wires on the four-layer board.
The most difficult thing is to find a suitable button. I went through the entire mall and wanted both SMD and long handles, but it seemed that there was none.
Finally, I can only make some changes to this plug-in switch and change it to SMD welding.
If you don't modify the package and use plug-in, you can see from the 3D preview that it is inserted into the LED. It will really create trouble for yourself. Ah no, I just like challenges.
There is generally no big problem with the PCB layout. The only thing to pay attention to is the heat dissipation pad of the charging chip TP4056. After copper plating, solid filling needs to be added to enhance heat dissipation.
It is impossible to conduct heat by cross connection alone. These are all lessons learned.
 
3. The software part of
the program is written according to the teaching video of Renesas Xiaogong
1. The modified part is the LED driver. Both the segment selection and bit selection IO require a high level to light up the LED.
The clock colon is driven by two separate IOs, which is convenient for displaying temperature and humidity.
 
It is necessary to divide the original SMG_DP_OPEN and SMG_DP_CLOSE into two lines D1 and D2, and then OPEN and CLOSE
SMG_1234 because it is convenient to pull the wire to SMG4321 in reverse order. The ceshi() function inside can be used to determine whether the first bit is on the left.
 
2. The touch function is working normally and has been verified.
It was originally used to switch the temperature and humidity display, and later it was changed to button 4 for switching.

proofing requires three models, a total of four pieces (two models are barely OK) Main control board x1 + hollow board x2 + hollow translucent board x1
The hollow board can be grooved with the hollow translucent board, but it is not recommended.
The thickness of the 3D shell is 1.5MM, the softness is just right, and it has built-in buckles.
The four boards are stuffed in in this order, and they can just be buckled.
