Magnetic encoder based on TLE5012B

Overview

This project is mainly based on the TLE5012B magnetic encoder, which is used in STM32 to drive BLDC using FOC technology. It is used as a detection module for the motor rotor position and is just suitable for the pan-tilt motor.
