STM32F446RCT6 minimum system board

F446 is the same as the commonly used F407, it is the basic model of the F4 series, but the maximum frequency and performance are slightly higher For F407, there are more communication interfaces. There are Dual quadSPI (i.e. 6-wire spi) and SDRAM interfaces to facilitate storage expansion. Overall, it can be seen as the relationship between the F0 series and the G0 series. The biggest difference may be that the F407 does not have RCT6. Small package of LQFP-64.
