Overview

1. The stepper ESC of Loli Boss: https://www.moz8.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=93695&highlight=%E6%AD%A5%E8%BF%9B
2. The at85 controlled stepper motor of a certain boss on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBwjsPy687E
(The resource website shared by the original author is http://www.cunningturtle.com/wiki/index.php? title=Radio_Controlled_Stepper has been hung up. It is only for guidance and may not be able to enter)
2: Onboard resources:
stepper driver verification board:
control module 1: stc15W104 to pmw to 4-way stepper driver;
control module 2: attiny85 to pmw to 4-way stepper driver;
step-down circuit: ams1117;
driver 1-AO3400mos freewheeling: arranged according to the circuit of the idiot, but it does not work...
driver 2-MX2802 integrated mos freewheeling: the integrated circuit driven above, of course, Not working +1;
Driver 3-A4950 dual-channel DC driver: I followed the manual routine, but it still doesn’t work...
Driver 4-DRV8833tssop16: The schematic diagram is wrong, the board has been modified, and the current can be controlled and current sampled as needed. There should be requirements for the resistance specifications;
driver 5-DRV8833QFN16: verified, the schematic diagram is wrong, the board has been changed;
driver 6-FM116C dual-channel DC: toy-level chip, manual 0.6A, but the package is small and easy to weld;
driver 7 -DRV8837: cheap, manual 1.6A, but at8837... the effect is obviously not as good as 8835;
driver 8-8836-¥40+: no verification, this chip is too expensive;
driver 9-8835-¥10: the replacement AC8835 is all It costs 10 yuan, the effect is worthy of the price, and the torque of driving 36 small round cakes is good. Loli's stepper drive 8833 is
a compact device with adjustable current stc15W104+8833. It should also be possible to use Loli's dual-channel DC firmware as a two-channel bidirectional power call;
the limit volume of Loli's stepper drive requires flying wire
stc15W104 +8837's miniaturized gadget can be used as a two-way bidirectional power call by using Loli's dual-channel DC firmware.
In order to reduce the volume and thickness, the bottom of the microcontroller was hollowed out, and the microcontroller's legs had to be cut off before it could be welded on. At the same time, the power supply traces are very narrow on the back. A small motor with a line width of 0.3mm is fine. If a large motor is used, flying wires are needed on the back. It is recommended to solder two pieces of FPC cables.
Three: Usage process of Loli stepper ESC: When powering on, it will play three sounds, wait for the throttle signal... When the middle position of the throttle is detected, it will play three sounds, and then push the throttle to rotate. Calibration stroke: (After downloading the firmware, it comes with a standard stroke, which can be used directly without calibration.) If the stroke is wrong, put the throttle at the highest position and power on, wait for two beeps, and the program will automatically record the highest throttle signal; return the throttle to the center, wait for two beeps, The program records the neutral position of the throttle. Calibration completed. (Manual squinting: Does it feel so familiar? It is exactly the same as the brushed PN ESC)
