2: The PWM period is generated by the charge and discharge of the sampling resistor and the sampling capacitor. The PWM period is also different (unstable) with different voltages.
     This method is cleverly used to replace the triangle wave generator in DCDC and compare the PWM output.
3: There is a voltage difference between the output of LM358 and VCC, but it will not be affected when using a Pmos tube.
4: Input control and output control need to control Pmos to turn off at the same time. If any conditions are not met, MOS will be turned off, so the method of diode + pull-down resistor is used.
