WY709 high frequency soldering station transparent version (2)-boost and voltage board

Overview

Please see the attachment for BOM, assembly diagram, and debugging instructions.
Due to the compatibility issue of the 203 integrated heating core at 20V, the voltage needs to be 24.5V to work properly, so a step-up and step-down board
design conditions are added:
(1) Input 12V-28V, daily use is 20V
(2) Output 24.5V
(3) The maximum output current of 8A
is TI's LM5175. The design schematic is from WEBENCH Designer.
My personal conditions are limited. The current power board has tested the following items. The adapter is Lenovo C135 gallium nitride
(1) , Soldering station cooling machine: Vin=20.302V, Iin=0.076A, Vout=24.670V, Iout=0.0197A
(2). Soldering station heating power peak: Vin=20.345V, Iin=6.654A, Vout=24.660V, Iout=4.6115A, efficiency 84%
(3), the minimum input voltage is 14V, if you want 12V input, you may need to increase the input capacitance to more than 1000uF
(4), the 28V input test passes,
considering that the power is about 70W when working with large solder joints, it can Change the inductor to 3.3uH.
Since the soldering station is equipped with a fan, there is no need to consider the heat dissipation of the power board.
The height of D3 diode selection should not exceed 1.1mm, which will cause interference.
