1. The schematic diagram and PCB
schematic diagram mainly include three major blocks, one is the charging circuit, the other is the low-voltage detection circuit, and the third is the single-button power switch circuit. Below is a screenshot of the PCB, which is a big pie.

2. Structural parts
There are three structural parts, one is the battery compartment (left), one is the IO baffle (upper right), and one is the button (lower right). It was drawn using SolidWorks. The attachment has been uploaded. Interested students can download it and take a look.

All the structural dimensions of the assembly are reasonably designed, and this DIY went very smoothly. Below are pictures of the parts and finished product.
