Hezhou s3 camera expansion board

Overview

can use the camera and psram at the same time.
When I first saw the Hezhou extended version, I was very confused why the TF card part was not added. Resistor, later I found that those pins also lead to GPIO, and thought that I might not need to pull up when using GPIO.
So I left a pad that can be connected with a piece of tin when I need to enable the pull-up.
It has not been verified yet, there are not many modifications, and the theoretical problem is not big... (The fundamental reason is that there is no Hezhou s3. It is recommended that the official send me one/doge)
