Overview

Note: The above schematic diagram contains the BSPD circuit, whose function is: when emergency braking occurs and the power output to the motor is >5KW, the safety circuit must remain disconnected until the low-voltage system main switch is re-energized. Here, a current sensor is used to detect the motor output current. When the sensor output exceeds 1.25V, it is deemed that its output power is >5kw. A hydraulic pressure sensor is used to detect the brake oil pressure. When the sensor output exceeds 1.25V, it is deemed that the driver has braked. action behavior.
