V3S horizontal handheld console_2.4-inch IPS screen

It is modified based on the horizontal handheld console of mlpzaq9998 (Link: Allwinner V3S Game Console - Low Cost), with the following main changes:
1. Replace the 2.4-inch TN screen with a 2.4-inch IPS, with a resolution of 320X240.
2. Replace the silent buttons with dome-shaped buttons for a better feel.
3. Replace the direction joystick with the cross key to play games more smoothly.
4. Rearrange the keys to provide more operating space.
5. Add hardware switches that were ignored in the original horizontal version, so as to say goodbye to the trouble of automatic power-on during charging.
6. The screen is replaced with a plug-in version, which is easier to replace.
7. Add sockets for batteries and speakers.
