RGB constant current driver for ESP32-C3

Overview

The three-way PWM constant current drive has some problems for the time being, but it can barely be used. The inductor driven by constant current makes a little noise. I don't know why the light flickers when the constant current comes out. It also flickers a little when the PWM is dimmed, but I don't notice it because my eyes are not sensitive.
