Overview

Equipment pyroelectric human body sensing front panel: ESP8266_Pyroelectric sensing front panel - Jialichuang EDA open source hardware platform (oshwhub.com)
 
The device is a pyroelectric human body sensing device based on the ESP8266EX microcontroller. It is developed using Arduino+Blinker. Operate via BlinkerApp.

The device structure is divided into two PCBs as shown above:
 
1. The top is the sensor integrated board, which carries two pyroelectric sensors. When the human body passes by, the sensor outputs a high level to the microcontroller and integrates a touch button ( Not used, no welding required), integrated with two status lights, controlled by the microcontroller IO, only one is used here.
 
2. The bottom end is the microcontroller main control board, which contains the ESP8266EX main control chip and its bypass, Type-C power supply port. Please see the picture below:
 
 
The picture shows that in addition to the peripheral circuit part of ESP8266EX, it also contains a 5V-3.3 step-down circuit. , Audio amplification circuit (obsolete, no need to weld), in which the audio amplification circuit and the touch chip of the sensor board are not used, which will be explained in detail below.
 
There is a reserved port for chip program programming. There is a programming hole reserved in the lower right corner of the device. Its pin definition is as follows:
ESP8266_RX is connected to the TX of the programmer, and ESP8266_TX is connected to the RX of the programmer. The device uses 3.3V power supply. When powered on, GPIO0 The pin must be LOW, otherwise it cannot be programmed.
 
 
The two PCBs are connected using 0.5mm 10p cables. Please read the PCB and schematic diagram for specific pin definitions. The two PCBs are fixed using M3 copper pillars.
 
The device hardware is developed using Arduino+Blinker. You need to download the Blinker App for device management. Its functions are as shown in the figure:
 
 
Device functions:
 
1. Device monitoring function switch: Click this button to control the interrupt switch of the device's pyroelectric sensor, and then achieve Controls the effect of the monitoring function switch. When the switch is in the ON state, the interrupt of the pyroelectric sensor output pin is turned on. When someone passes by, the interrupt function will be triggered. When the switch is in the OFF state, the pyroelectric sensor output pin Interrupt functionality is turned off.
2. App reminder and WeChat reminder: Both are based on the functions provided by Blinker.
 
App reminder, when this function is turned on, if someone passes by, the device will send a pop-up window to the App, as shown in the figure below:
 
WeChat reminder, when this function is turned on, if someone passes by, the device will send a message to WeChat, as shown in the figure below indicates that this function requires you to bind the Dian Deng Technology WeChat official account in advance.
 
 
 
Please note: In the hardware welding section, the parts in the red frame below do not require welding:
 
 
 
How to use the device:
 
1. Apply for the device key through BlinkerApp, open BlinkerApp, click the plus button in the upper right corner, select independent device, network access, and apply Copy and paste the obtained key to the corresponding location of the source program:
 
 
2. Upload the program to the device through the TTL burner. You need to know the burning method of the ESP8266EX series chip. Please search for it yourself or check out my other project QuickChat'Box. Firmware burning part.
 
3. After the device is burned, use the Type-C interface for power supply. At this time, the status light (GPIO2) starts to flash, indicating that it is in the network distribution state or is connecting to the network. At this time, please open the BlinkerApp and find it in the developer on the sidebar. EspTouch performs network distribution.
 
 
4. After the network is successfully configured, the device status light is always on and the device can be used normally.
